A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on Spring Boot development. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Core, and Spring Boot is essential. Experience with REST API development, Maven/Gradle, and version control systems like Git is necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and Python is highly desirable. A strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is expected. Experience with code quality tools such as Jacoco, PIT mutation testing, JUnits, and Checkstyle is preferred. Development background in Java Spring Boot backend or full-stack is a plus. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
