A strong command of SAP HCM Personnel Administration is essential. Experience in configuring and managing personnel administration modules within SAP environments. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to employee data management and system integration. Familiarity with SAP workflows and reporting tools to optimize personnel administration processes. Possess robust analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
