Shape the future of healthcare analytics as an experienced Power BI Developer. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting innovative analytics solutions. You will translate complex healthcare business needs into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions, working within an Agile framework to deliver actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.

This position involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to craft high-performing, custom software solutions tailored to unique business requirements. You will be instrumental in enhancing components across various systems and applications.

Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, utilizing strong DAX and Power Query expertise. Build and optimize semantic models and data models, focusing on dashboard performance. Implement data visualization best practices and manage Power BI Service workspaces. Apply Row-Level Security (RLS) for data protection. Gain experience with the Epic Cogito Suite, including Reporting Workbench (RWB) and Radar Dashboards. Utilize Slicer Dicer for data exploration and analytics. Perform strong SQL development, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Apply ETL and data integration concepts, along with data quality validation.

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), DAX, and Power Query. Demonstrated proficiency in SQL development and data analysis. Familiarity with Epic Cogito Suite is advantageous. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is expected, alongside 15 years of full-time education.
