We are seeking an engineer to design, configure, and refine SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Tax. Translate intricate business requirements into robust SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Leverage AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to enhance finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and expedited issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing, and troubleshooting sessions, informed by AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to reusable templates, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Demonstrate experience in integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Exhibit hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing platforms. Understand fundamental AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical applications of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not required). Apply AI effectively for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role.
