As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to grasp project needs, devise innovative solutions, and ensure seamless application functionality to boost operational efficiency.

You will also contribute to testing and troubleshooting efforts to refine applications, guaranteeing they adhere to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Expect to work independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential.

Contribute to resolving work-related problems and assist in documenting application specifications and user guides. Continuously engage in learning to stay abreast of the latest technologies and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect is mandatory. Experience with Node.js is advantageous.

Strong understanding of application development methodologies is required. Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management, along with familiarity in integration techniques for various software applications, is also expected.

This position is based in our Chennai office and requires a completion of 15 years of full-time education.
