A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. Strong understanding of IT service management principles and operational workflows. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Familiarity with scripting and automation within ServiceNow environments. A 15-year full-time education completion is required for this role.
