We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. This role involves developing scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices, specifically tailored for financial processes within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting.

- Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. - Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to accelerate analysis and documentation. - Support end-to-end delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. - Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs. - Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, conducting impact analysis, and creating documentation. - Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to enhance finance processes. - Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. - Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions with AI-enhanced insights. - Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders.

- Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance. - Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. - Have hands-on experience utilizing AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools. - Understand AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. - Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. - Be able to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. - Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows.
