A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in application design and development methodologies. Familiarity with the software development life cycle and fundamental project management principles. Ability to foster collaborative relationships within a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. A foundational educational background encompassing 15 years of full-time study is required.
