As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing system components. Independently perform tasks and develop expertise to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Maintain and enhance existing software components, focusing on performance and reliability improvements. Document software designs, processes, and updates thoroughly to ensure clear team communication. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

A strong command of AI Agents & Workflow Integration is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in the software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience integrating AI-driven agents into existing workflows and systems. Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. Effective problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to new technologies are crucial. Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration is required. This role requires 15 years of full-time education.
