Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. This role involves designing, coding, and improving components within systems and applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies for scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to business needs.

We are looking for an engineer who will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and integrating pre-built AI services to boost productivity, rather than deep AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP SD components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. You will use AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. Support full implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, and integrate SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.

AI-enabled tools will be used to expedite process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact assessments, test planning, and documentation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order prioritization. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting for faster incident resolution. Ensure solutions comply with SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with various teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment and contribute reusable assets enhanced by AI.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and O2C workflows, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis is crucial. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, while understanding responsible AI usage and limitations in commercial contexts, is expected.
