Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs.

You will utilize AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. The position emphasizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity, without requiring deep model development or advanced AI engineering expertise.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services to enhance finance processes and use AI tools for financial data interpretation and error resolution. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and troubleshooting sessions using AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. You should possess a solid understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data are key. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams are crucial. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are expected. Fifteen years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
