- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the ServiceNow FSO platform. - Configure and customize FSO applications, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules. - Build and maintain solutions for Customer Lifecycle Operations, Complaint Management, KYC, and Credit Operations. - Develop integrations with external banking, insurance, and CRM systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs. - Create and manage custom applications utilizing App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing custom software solutions. - Proven proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and deployment using Infrastructure as Code principles. - Familiarity with scripting languages and configuration management tools. - Understanding of cloud security best practices within Microsoft Azure environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
