As a Custom Software Engineer, your daily work will involve the meticulous design, development, and configuration of applications. The primary goal is to precisely meet specific business process and application requirements. This role involves becoming a subject matter expert and operating with a high degree of independence. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are expected, along with providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development, ensuring that developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Sharing knowledge and guiding junior team members on best practices is also an integral part of the role, alongside continuously monitoring and improving existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Key technical expertise required includes proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is advantageous. A solid understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques is essential. The ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues is also crucial. Familiarity with integration methods and tools for connecting various business applications, along with experience in customizing software solutions to meet diverse business requirements, will contribute to success in this position. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) is required. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
