Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing innovative, tailored software solutions. You will design, code, and enhance application components, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that precisely meet diverse business needs. Implement and customize the FlexPLM application, focusing on system development, configurations, and integrations with legacy systems. Manage data migration, conduct unit testing, and prepare technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and effectively communicate issues and resolutions. Analyze business goals and design architectures for new FlexPLM setups, supporting application upgrades and system administration activities.

Provide support for project system builds, including server/storage/database management, and facilitate PTC case resolution for complex issues. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure robust and efficient solutions within the FlexPLM suite.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a preference for 4+ years in PTC FlexPLM. Proficiency in Java, Javascript, and FlexPLM system administration is essential. Experience with FlexPLM versions 11.1++, 12.03, and 13, including configurations, business administration, customizations, and integrations, is expected. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively within teams and with peers. Project management experience is advantageous. The role is based in our Bengaluru office.
