As a Custom Software Engineer, your primary role will be to lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You will act as the main point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables effectively, overseeing component integration, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations.

This role offers the opportunity to be a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute significantly to team discussions and problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into technical specifications, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Supporting junior team members and continuously improving existing applications for enhanced performance and scalability are also key aspects of this position.

Experience in designing and implementing complex data workflows, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, is essential.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and version control systems is expected. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position, which is based at our Kolkata office.
