As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business processes and application needs. Fostering innovation and efficiency in software delivery through continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to dynamic business demands is key.

Independently perform duties and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. Ensure application quality and performance through rigorous testing and validation. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and configuration. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is essential. Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is beneficial. Possess a strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues. Familiarity with integration methods and tools for connecting applications with other systems. Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability is required. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
