Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to craft innovative software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. Our focus is on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions precisely tailored to meet unique business requirements.

Key responsibilities include building robust Copilot Studio agents from end-to-end, defining topics, knowledge sources, and generative answers. You'll extend agent capabilities using Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry models. This involves designing conversation flows, implementing tool integrations, managing publishing across channels, and ensuring responsible AI practices are applied throughout the development lifecycle.

Further duties encompass configuring generative orchestration, tuning agent behavior, conducting unit-level testing, and collaborating with team leads on design and security. You'll also participate in code reviews and troubleshoot conversational issues and connector problems.

We are seeking candidates with strong development expertise, specifically hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. A solid working knowledge of Power Automate for automation and integration is essential. Familiarity with MCP Server/tool connections and Azure AI Foundry for advanced grounding patterns is also required.

Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation is crucial. Experience with Agile delivery and strong debugging skills for conversational flows are preferred. The role requires 15 years of full-time education and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
