This role focuses on developing bespoke software solutions. You will design, code, and enhance system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-performance, scalable applications tailored to specific business needs.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and engaging in problem-solving to ensure solutions are functional, performant, and user-friendly.

- Take ownership and become a subject matter expert. - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Apps. - Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, batch jobs, and integrations. - Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze software development requirements. - Apply Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and transaction management for quality deliverables.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex is mandatory. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security Model, and Salesforce Flows. - Practical knowledge of Salesforce APIs and Integration Patterns. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve software issues. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git is essential. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
