Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable, high-performing software tailored to specific business needs.

We are seeking an individual who can design, configure, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) functionalities. You will utilize AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, aiming to deliver efficient and user-friendly recruiting processes.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP SF Recruiting components such as job requisitions, postings, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer management. You will employ AI copilots to accelerate the creation of specifications, validation of rules, generation of test cases, and automation of documentation.

End-to-end solution delivery is crucial, encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integration with other HR systems like Employee Central, Onboarding, HRIS Sync, job boards, and third-party recruiting systems is also a core part of this role.

Required skills include hands-on experience with SAP SF Recruiting (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), along with a solid understanding of requisition templates, application templates, candidate profile management, and recruiting workflows. Familiarity with integration points across various HR systems and job boards is essential.

We also look for experience using AI copilots and AI-enabled test accelerators, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage in HR contexts, particularly regarding hiring fairness and data privacy. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are vital for troubleshooting and translating recruiting processes into system configurations. A continuous learning mindset is encouraged.
