As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing software components across various systems. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you'll craft scalable, high-performance solutions specifically tailored to meet diverse business requirements.

This role is pivotal in creating software that powers change and empowers people, allowing you to imagine, build, and scale impactful solutions. You are expected to operate independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are crucial. You will be responsible for providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

Lead cross-functional product development teams, ensuring software assets consistently meet or exceed both internal and external customer expectations. Foster an environment that champions accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Additionally, support the sales process by actively participating in solution design and offering guidance and mentorship to team members.

A strong command of Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM is essential. A solid understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle is required.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in leading software development projects are highly valued. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
