Join us as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools to streamline financial processes, integrate systems, and ensure high-quality delivery. You'll play a key part in accelerating financial analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting.

The position emphasizes AI-enabled productivity without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering. You will design, configure, and enhance SAP FI S/4HANA capabilities, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The goal is to deliver faster, more reliable solutions and improve financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

- Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. - Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. - Support end-to-end delivery encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. - Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. - Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. - Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to enhance finance processes. - Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. - Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions with AI-enhanced insights. - Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions.

- Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. - Demonstrate experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. - Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. - Possess a practical understanding of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage, with the ability to apply pre-built AI services. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to finance processes and data. - Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. - Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. - Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows. - A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. - 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
