This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of custom software, from initial design and coding to ongoing improvements. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performance solutions specifically designed to meet business requirements.

Develop and configure end-to-end Copilot Studio agents, encompassing topics, knowledge sources, and generative answers. Extend agent capabilities using Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry. Design and build agent conversation flows, implement generative orchestration, and integrate with line-of-business systems. Publish agents across various channels and manage environment ALM practices. Optimize agent behavior and prompts, leveraging Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot conversational issues, and apply responsible AI principles throughout development. Collaborate on agent design, security, and ALM alignment, participating in code reviews.

Requires strong development experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Essential working knowledge of Power Automate for automation and integration. Experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections is necessary. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is beneficial. A solid understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation is also required. Agile delivery experience, strong debugging, and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills are preferred.
