Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP MM.

You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing system components, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role emphasizes developing custom software tailored to specific business needs and integrating AI-assisted development tools to streamline processes.

This position offers an opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology to improve procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration. The focus is on enhancing productivity through pre-built AI capabilities without requiring deep expertise in LLM development or agentic AI systems.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory management, and master data. Leverage AI copilots for generating functional specifications, validating configurations, and automating documentation and testing. Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, and integrate MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external systems. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, and test creation. Integrate pre-built AI services for enhanced MM operations and utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to procurement governance and quality standards, participate in process optimization discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Contribute reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices.

A strong foundation in SAP MM processes, including P2P, vendor management, and inventory control, is essential. Experience in configuring material master, vendor master, purchase orders, goods movements, and release strategies is required. Familiarity with integrations across SD, FI, PP, and QM, along with knowledge of IDocs and common MM troubleshooting patterns, is beneficial. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing is crucial. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is expected, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to translate business needs into effective SAP MM configurations.
