This role focuses on developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

The position leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting. The emphasis is on integration, quality delivery, and enhanced productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing.

You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilize AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation, and support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare.

Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems is crucial. Furthermore, you will use AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Applying pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations will enhance finance processes. AI tools will be employed for financial data interpretation and faster issue resolution.

Ensuring compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards is paramount. You will conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Collaboration with finance users, functional teams, and cross-module stakeholders is essential for delivering high-quality solutions. Contributing to reusable templates and AI-assisted development best practices is also expected.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation is required.

Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience using AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools.

A foundational understanding of AI concepts, their limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services is necessary; this does not include model training, RAG, or agentic development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data are expected, along with clear communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams. The ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and a continuous learning mindset are vital.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
