Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on developing and enhancing SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions. You will leverage AI-powered development tools and copilots to streamline procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration. This role focuses on integrating pre-built AI capabilities to boost productivity, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP MM processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Management, and Inventory Management. Utilize AI copilots to generate specifications, validate configurations, create test cases, and automate documentation. Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare, and integrate MM with other SAP modules and external systems.

Accelerate key tasks using AI tools, such as requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, and test automation. Integrate pre-built AI services for automated material classification, predictive signals, and intelligent issue summarization. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure compliance with procurement governance and material master standards. Participate in workshops and process optimization discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions. Contribute reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices.

Requires a strong foundation in SAP MM, including P2P processes, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, and release strategies is essential. Familiarity with SAP module integrations (SD, FI, PP, QM) and common MM troubleshooting patterns is expected.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is crucial. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is required, along with an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in procurement.

General skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a proactive approach to adopting AI-enabled productivity tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant SAP MM role is necessary, coupled with 15 years of full-time education.
