Monitor applications and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and track tickets using tools like ITAM, ensuring accurate and timely closure.

Escalate complex technical challenges to senior team members or the Team Lead for resolution.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain system stability and enhance operational efficiency.

Be available to support business continuity across flexible time slots.

Assist in identifying root causes of recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure efficient incident resolution.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Payables and Kyriba is essential.

Foundational expertise in Treasury Management Systems, with a preference for Kyriba exposure.

Possess domain knowledge in finance or treasury operations to effectively support the KYRIBA application.

Familiarity with ITAM or similar ticketing tools for incident and request management.

Experience in production support within related domains such as ERP or banking systems is required.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide first-level resolution.

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling operational tasks.

Flexibility to work in varied time slots and adapt to dynamic support requirements is necessary.

Good communication skills are needed to interact effectively with business users and escalate issues.
