A strong foundation in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Blue Prism is essential, along with demonstrable experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using these tools. Candidates should possess robust problem-solving skills, enabling them to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes effectively. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.

An ability to integrate automation solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and applications is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to foster effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is also required for this role.
