This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-performing applications. You will play a key part in designing, coding, and improving components across various systems, ensuring tailored solutions meet specific business requirements.

The position involves configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding processes, including new hire workflows, compliance, and document management. A significant aspect of this role is utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, aiming to deliver scalable and reliable onboarding solutions.

Key responsibilities include configuring and refining SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding modules, such as new hire workflows and document management. You will leverage AI copilots to generate configuration notes, draft functional specifications, and automate documentation tasks. The role also involves supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Furthermore, you will coordinate integrations with core HR systems like Employee Central and third-party applications. AI-assisted productivity will be a core focus, applying tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, configuration validation, test script generation, and workflow creation. This includes integrating pre-built AI services to enhance onboarding experiences and troubleshooting issues with LLM-based analysis.

A strong foundation in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding is essential, with at least 2-5 years of hands-on experience preferred, ideally with version 2.0. A deep understanding of onboarding process flows, compliance forms, and cross-module impacts within SuccessFactors is required.

Experience with AI-assisted tools, LLM-based documentation, and AI-enabled impact analysis or testing accelerators is crucial. You should be comfortable integrating pre-built AI capabilities without needing to build custom models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations and effective communication skills, are vital for success in this role.
