As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME). Active participation and valuable contributions in team discussions are essential. You will play a key role in providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meticulously gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the applications developed are designed for scalability, ease of maintenance, and seamless alignment with overarching organizational goals. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices. Continuously monitor and enhance existing applications to improve performance and elevate user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in SAP Vistex, demonstrating a deep understanding of application design and configuration principles within SAP environments. You should have practical experience in customizing software solutions to address complex business process requirements and possess the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Vistex applications. Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between SAP modules and external systems is also beneficial.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with SAP Vistex. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this position. The role is based at our Coimbatore office.
