This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing financial processes. The position involves designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP FI capabilities, with a significant emphasis on utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate various aspects of the financial lifecycle. Integration, quality, and AI-enabled productivity are key, without the need for deep model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. The role supports end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare, and involves integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems. AI copilots will be used for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. You'll also apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations, and utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation and error resolution.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM based assistants, automated documentation, and AI driven testing tools is also necessary. A foundational understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI usage is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data, along with clear communication and collaboration abilities, are crucial. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are highly valued.
