Join us as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will develop and enhance custom software solutions, designing, coding, and improving components across various systems. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs, incorporating AI-assisted development tools for accelerated financial process analysis and configuration.

This role emphasizes seamless integration, high-quality delivery, and leveraging AI for enhanced productivity, without requiring in-depth model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and refine core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, using AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. Support the complete delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and forecasting, to optimize financial processes and utilize AI tools for efficient financial data interpretation and faster issue resolution.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation & compliance. Proven experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing solutions. Possess a practical understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the application of pre-built AI services for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution.
