This role focuses on developing custom software solutions, including designing, coding, and enhancing system components. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions precisely tailored to business requirements. A key aspect involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools to streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting. You will translate business needs into SAP configurations, supported by AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. The role also involves end-to-end delivery support, from requirements gathering to hypercare, and integrating SAP FI with other modules and external systems.

Configure and enhance SAP FI components (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Financial Closing). Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots. Support end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for functional specifications, configuration validation, test script generation, impact analysis, and documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations. Use AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing, and troubleshooting sessions using AI insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI assisted development best practices.

Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services. Ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows and a continuous learning mindset. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for 2-5 years. 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
