As an integral part of the team, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert (SME) and take ownership of end-to-end delivery for the IFS SCM stream.

Key responsibilities include leading requirement workshops, designing solutions, and engaging in strategic discussions with clients to drive process improvements. You will also collaborate with and manage the team to ensure performance and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance collective capabilities.

A strong proficiency in IFS Solutions Functional Supply Chain Management is essential, along with end-to-end IFS SCM experience, including a minimum of three completed full-cycle implementations in a lead role. Experience with IFS Cloud for at least one implementation is also required.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into functional IFS SCM specifications. Familiarity with application design, development methodologies, troubleshooting application issues, and integration techniques is crucial. We are looking for candidates with at least 9 years of experience in IFS Solutions Functional Supply Chain Management and a minimum of two implementation experiences. Certification as an IFS SCM practitioner is a must. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
