The position focuses on streamlining procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration through pre-built AI capabilities.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and a 15-year full-time education. You will work on delivering faster, more accurate SAP MM solutions, improve procurement transparency, supplier coordination, and inventory accuracy, and act as a crucial link between procurement, SAP engineering, and AI teams.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Source List, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, and Material Master Data. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configurations, create test cases, and automate documentation. Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, integrating MM with SD, FI, PP, QM, and external systems. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation.

Enhance MM operations by integrating pre-built AI services for automated classification, predictive signals, and intelligent summarization of exceptions. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure compliance with procurement governance, material master standards, and operational controls. Collaborate with various teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions and contribute reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices.

Possess strong SAP MM expertise, including a deep understanding of P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Demonstrate experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies. Familiarity with integration across SD, FI, PP, and QM, along with knowledge of IDocs, outputs, pricing procedures, and common MM troubleshooting patterns is essential.

Showcase hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows for automation and insight generation is key. A foundational understanding of responsible AI usage, data quality impacts, and AI limitations in procurement is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business requirements into logical SAP MM configurations, clear communication, collaboration skills, and a continuous learning mindset with comfort adopting AI-enabled tools are also critical.
