As a Custom Software Engineer, your daily activities will involve crafting individualized software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving various components across different systems and applications. Collaboration with project teams is essential to ensure the software effectively meets specific business needs and organizational objectives.

Independently perform duties and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver effective software solutions. Continuously evaluate and enhance existing software components for improved performance and maintainability. Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress. Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Proficiency in React.js is a mandatory requirement for this position. Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries directly related to React.js development is expected. A strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management techniques is crucial. Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems is necessary. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices, is essential. Experience in debugging and optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability is required. Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in React.js is required. This position requires 15 years of full-time education.
