As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in our custom software engineering team.

Lead projects as a technical or application lead, ensuring functional and technical requirements are met according to design documents. Suggest alternate solutions for continuous improvement and drive integration implementations with other applications.

Engage with multiple stakeholders, including clients, to translate business requirements into application functionality. Drive technical design and development for all in-scope components, offering best-practice advice on system architecture.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on technical architecture and integration/migration details. Lead requirements gathering and design workshops for complex projects.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation. Experience in establishing and monitoring governance processes for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances is crucial.

Demonstrate expertise in Incentive Compensation capabilities, including Compensation Plan, Payments Lifecycle, integrations, and data model extensions. Proficiency in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules, Transaction Process Management, Workflows/Approvals, Participation management, security, Import/Export, Payment Processing, Payment Plan, Dispute Management, SOAP/REST APIs, User Defined Queries, Formulas, and Reports/Dashboards is required.

Experience with Territory and Quota Management is beneficial. Establish unified design and documentation standards. Participate in requirement and design discussions for global Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations, reviewing and approving the Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design framework. Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud integrated applications like Sales Cloud and B2B Service Cloud is a plus.

Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Cycle. Possess good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Guide and train team members, demonstrating thought leadership and an innovative mindset.
