This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions with a strong emphasis on SAP Materials Management (MM). You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. The position involves using AI-assisted development tools to streamline various aspects of the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to problem resolution, ultimately boosting productivity without deep involvement in core AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP MM processes such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management. You will utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configurations, create test cases, and automate documentation. The role also involves supporting end-to-end delivery, integrating MM with other SAP modules and external systems, and applying AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, and document generation. Integrating pre-built AI services for automated classification or predictive signals is also a key aspect, alongside using LLM for troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with procurement governance.

A strong understanding of SAP MM, including P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management, is essential. Experience in configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, and goods movements is required. Familiarity with integrations across SD, FI, PP, and QM, as well as knowledge of IDocs and common MM troubleshooting patterns, is expected. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows and an understanding of responsible AI usage are crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with clear communication and a continuous learning mindset, are necessary for this role.
