Join a specialized team focused on transforming operations through intelligent simulation, Digital Twins, AI, and data-driven insights. You will develop Agent-Based Simulation (ABS) models for complex systems involving entities, human behavior, and operational processes across various industries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams of simulation engineers, solution architects, AI specialists, and business consultants is key to delivering innovative solutions that boost operational efficiency and resilience.
Develop advanced Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and hybrid simulation models to tackle business and operational challenges. Translate client requirements and business processes into effective simulation solutions and experimental scenarios. Ensure model accuracy through verification, validation, calibration, and sensitivity analysis. Analyze simulation outputs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to deliver integrated simulation and Digital Twin solutions. Adhere to Agile methodologies, engineering standards, and quality assurance practices. Create reusable simulation assets, technical documentation, and knowledge management artifacts.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation is required, with an additional 2 years in related simulation areas for a total of 5 years. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is necessary, supported by 15 years of full-time education. Proficiency in developing and maintaining ABS, DES, and hybrid simulation models using platforms like AnyLogic, Mesa, GAMA, and NetLogo is essential. Expertise in designing agent behaviors, decision logic, and interaction mechanisms is required. Strong skills in Python, Java, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming are crucial for building scalable solutions. Experience with model verification, validation, calibration, and sensitivity analysis is expected. Ability to integrate simulation models with enterprise applications, databases, IoT data streams, and Digital Twin ecosystems is vital.
