- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll is essential. - Demonstrated proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and related business operations within SAP environments. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning payroll calculations and integrations. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and techniques for enhancing payroll functionalities. - Knowledge of data security and compliance standards applicable to payroll processing. - Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education. - Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices is expected.
