As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke software solutions. This involves the design, coding, and enhancement of system and application components. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet unique business requirements.

Your daily activities will include collaborative problem-solving and adapting to project evolutions, all while fostering innovation within our software development processes.

You are expected to operate independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will be responsible for providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Maintain and improve existing software components for enhanced performance and reliability. Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Support junior team members, offering guidance and contributing to their professional development.

Must possess proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. Experience with cloud-based data management and integration platforms is advantageous. Demonstrable strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting complex software issues.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools is expected. The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is crucial. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control systems is required. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
