Join our AI-powered tech talent team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing financial capabilities. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting. The position emphasizes integration, delivering high-quality solutions, and enhancing productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development or advanced AI engineering skills.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for functional specifications, configuration validation, test script generation, impact analysis, and documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations. Use AI tools for financial data interpretation and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and testing sessions. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders. Contribute to reusable templates and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is crucial. Familiarity with AI concepts, responsible AI usage, and pre-built AI services is expected, though model training or RAG development is not required.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, and 15 years of full-time education is expected.
