As a Custom Software Engineer, you will build and configure end-to-end Copilot Studio agents, defining topics, knowledge sources, and generative answers. You'll extend agent capabilities using Power Automate and Azure AI Foundry models.

Key duties include designing agent flows, configuring generative orchestration, building Power Automate workflows for backend processes, and implementing MCP Server tool/plugin connections. You will also manage agent publishing across channels, tune agent behavior, conduct unit testing, and ensure adherence to responsible AI practices. Collaboration with team leads on design and security is also integral to this role.

We are seeking an engineer with robust development experience and significant hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.

Proficiency in Power Automate for automation and integration is essential. Experience with MCP Server/tool connections for extending agent actions is required. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection and grounding patterns, along with an understanding of responsible AI principles, is beneficial. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills are preferred.
