As a Python Developer, your primary focus will be on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI Agents and workflow integrations. These systems will be capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows with minimal human intervention, sitting at the forefront of intelligent automation.

You'll operate at the intersection of developing agent workflows using cutting-edge frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, and AutoGen. Implementing sophisticated patterns such as planning, delegation, and tool orchestration will be key to success. The goal is to build production-grade AI agents that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems, dynamically utilize tools, and navigate multi-step workflows to achieve tangible business outcomes.

Engage with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering to build autonomous agents. Design and develop sophisticated AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomously executing multi-step tasks. Implement essential agent capabilities such as tool calling, robust memory management, and multi-agent collaboration. Adhere to software engineering best practices, including proficient use of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Integrate ethical AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, and crucial security best practices into the design and deployment of all autonomous systems. Build efficient REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven platforms, enabling seamless workflow integrations with Agentic AI solutions.

Mandatory skills include a strong proficiency in Python, expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, and a solid understanding of AI & LLM Foundations, including large language models and multimodal models. You should be adept at prompt engineering and structured prompting, with hands-on experience with AWS KIRO and Spec Driven Development. Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is essential.

Expertise in Agentic Orchestration is required, utilizing frameworks like Lang Chain, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, and Lang Graph. This includes proficiency in multi-agent coordination strategies such as collaboration, delegation, planning, and negotiation, as well as workflow orchestration using DAGs and state machines.

Strong capabilities in Tool Integration are also necessary, covering API design and integration for agent tooling, connecting agents with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems. Familiarity with vector databases (cloud or on-prem) is expected. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python and AI Agents & Workflow Integration, coupled with foundational knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
