Join our banking transformation program as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in SAP Banking solutions. You will develop, code, and enhance components across systems, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions for specific business needs. This role focuses on creating tailored software solutions within the financial services sector.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in SAP Core Banking or SAP Transactional Banking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, integration, migration, or production support within the banking domain. Expertise in Deposits Management, Business Partner, Loans Management, and Payments is highly valued.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate banking requirements into effective SAP Banking solutions. Configure and support SAP Core Banking functionalities, focusing on Deposits Management, Business Partner, Loans Management, and Payments. Participate in end-to-end SAP Banking implementation and transformation projects. Analyze and migrate legacy banking processes to SAP environments. Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. Work on integrations between SAP Banking modules and external applications. Troubleshoot functional issues, defects, and production incidents. Assist with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment. Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios. Provide banking domain expertise in design discussions and support release planning.

Possess hands-on experience with SAP Banking, SAP Core Banking, or SAP Transactional Banking. Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking products and processes. Have experience in at least one of the following areas: Deposits Management, Loans Management, Business Partner (FS-BP), or Payments. Familiarity with SAP Banking implementation, migration, configuration, or production support is essential. Exhibit good understanding of integration between SAP Banking components. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively engage with both business and technology stakeholders. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
