As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet business process and application requirements. Independently perform tasks and develop expertise to become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Ensure application quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and validation. Maintain essential documentation for application design, configuration, and deployment. Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and problem resolution.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with the Mendix Platform is essential. Possess a strong grasp of application design principles and the software development lifecycle. Demonstrate experience in configuring and customizing applications to address diverse business needs. Exhibit the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Mendix environment. Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage for connecting applications is expected. Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A foundational education of 15 full-time years is a prerequisite for this role.
