This role focuses on developing sophisticated custom software solutions, encompassing the design, coding, and enhancement of system or application components. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies, the objective is to deliver scalable, high-performing software precisely tailored to unique business requirements. The position thrives on collaboration and innovation to consistently meet evolving project objectives and client expectations within a dynamic technological landscape.
Key responsibilities include crafting comprehensive test plans and specifications for ADAS features like LDW, LKA, ACC, AEB, FCW, BSD, and RCW based on system and software requirements. You will design and execute Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation campaigns for ADAS algorithms and ECU testing. Building and maintaining HIL test benches using industry-standard platforms, developing MATLAB Simulink-based test harnesses for model-based verification, and implementing automated test frameworks are also crucial. You will validate sensor fusion and perception outputs, perform fault injection and negative testing for safety mechanisms, analyze test results, manage defects, and support ASPICE compliance activities. Participation in vehicle-level ADAS validation, including drive test data analysis, is also part of the role.
A strong foundation in ADAS Verification and Validation across MIL, SIL, and HIL environments, including test design and execution, is essential. Hands-on expertise with HIL platforms such as d SPACE, SCALEXIO, Micro Auto Box II, NI Veri Stand, or Vector Canoe RT is required. Proficiency in MATLAB Simulink for model-based testing and automation, along with a solid understanding of ISO 26262 software and system testing for ASIL B/C safety-critical systems, is necessary. Experience with ADAS data logging and analysis tools, knowledge of SOTIF (ISO 21448), and familiarity with requirements management tools are also important. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software is mandatory, along with a BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering with 15 years of full-time education.
