Develop and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You will utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, incorporating AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to ensure aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess strong expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Understand core AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not required). Exhibit the ability to leverage AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows.
