Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for cross-domain embedded software, including AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive services, Linux drivers, and SDV middleware.
Establish and maintain Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test environments for AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive services, utilizing virtual ECUs and containerized solutions.
Design and build Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) integration test automation frameworks for embedded platform hardware validation.
Create automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, CAPL, or Shell for robust regression testing of BSW, middleware, and Linux drivers.
Execute ISO 26262 software-level tests, focusing on structural coverage, fault injection, and safety requirements for ASIL C and D.
Validate the integration and behavior of AUTOSAR BSW stacks and Adaptive services, including communication protocols and security mechanisms.
Maintain requirements traceability and prepare evidence for ASPICE SWE4 to SWE6 compliance.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in automotive embedded software development or SDV platform development is required.
Must possess expertise in automotive embedded software testing, AUTOSAR BSW testing, Linux driver testing, or middleware service validation.
Proficiency in test automation tools and languages such as Python, pytest, Robot Framework, Shell scripting, or CAPL is essential.
A strong understanding of ISO 26262 software-level testing, including structural coverage and fault injection for ASIL A-D requirements, is necessary.
Familiarity with HIL test platforms like dSPACE SCALEXION or Vector CANoe RT is expected.
Experience with ALM and requirements traceability tools like Polarion or Codebeamer is required.
Educational background should include a BE, B.Tech, ME, or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Embedded Systems Engineering, with 15 years of full-time education.
