Configure and optimize core SAP SD modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, and generating test cases. Support the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, and impact analysis for change requests. Integrate pre-built AI features into workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM assistance for rapid incident resolution.

Ensure solutions align with organizational SDLC practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to achieve seamless O2C alignment. Contribute to a knowledge base with reusable templates and best practices, enhanced by AI-driven accelerators.

A strong foundation in SAP SD processes and O2C workflows is essential, covering order creation, ATP, shipping, and billing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies is crucial.
