Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on developing innovative software solutions. You will design, code, and enhance system components, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include formulating test strategies, defining new test cases, and implementing automated testing frameworks. You will analyze test outcomes, collaborate with technical experts for process optimization, and test critical infotainment system features like Media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Navigation in close partnership with clients and collaborators.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in testing and validation within the automotive sector is essential. Proficiency in test automation using Python or C# is required. Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test bench assembly and comfort working with hardware and electrical components are necessary. Familiarity with Vector tools (CANoe, CANape) and experience with Confluence, Jira, and DOORs are beneficial. Strong knowledge of Ethernet, CAN, and LIN protocols, along with system and subsystem understanding of Automotive ECUs, is expected. Experience in requirement understanding, configuration management, bug tracking, and change management tools is also important. The role involves test strategy creation, planning, and tooling enablement, offering guidance and mentoring to teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital. A Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation is mandatory.
